What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping & Handling is Free for shipments in the lower 48 United States. International, Hawaii and Alaska buyers please contact us for S&H quotation. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after your payment is received/cleared. An email will be sent with tracking information (if applicable) when your item is shipped. Most lighter/smaller items will be shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your Return Policy?
Returns must be arranged in advance. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of items(s) and must have our written “Returned Goods Authorization Form” with an RGA number clearly displayed on the return shipment. A copy of the RGA must be included. Returned item(s) must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. We cannot provide refunds for opened item(s) that are not defective. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective returned items, and buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs and insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition. All items returned to us are subject to inspection. Missing, damaged or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged immediately upon notification.

Also, you can leave us a message before or after hours, and on weekends. We do check messages continually, and will return your call even on weekends if possible.
